Watching the Smaville (Which I'm hoping will be the series) finale tomorrow...
If they get another season, I don't know where it's going to go...

BTW, Pete Ross now plays an under-sexed football star on SPIKETV...

Oh! I have something to add to the comics thread!

You guys know that Evan edits comic books, right? Here's an interesting interview he gave about a new one, "Spartacus: Blood and Sand," that he's been working on:

So Blake Lively and her two friends play Star Sapphire in the upcoming GL movie...
I hope the script is up to snuff, and I still don't like Ryan Reynolds...

Any thoughts on the Justice League DVD
"Crisis on 2 Earths"???

It kind of didn't do as well as "New Frontier", but for ONCE,
The Flash's costunme didn't look ridiculous...

But really...
Please get the 2 disc set, and watch the "Spectre" trailer...
This is the most violent, I've ever seen any DCU anime become...
Jim Corrigan is not fucking around this time, so watch out!!!

Jim Corrigan began his career as the Spectre in the early 1940s, when the hard-boiled police detective was murdered. Put into cement and thrown into the water by crime-boss Gat Benson, Jim Corrigan's soul left his body and went on to the afterlife. Instead of going into Heaven, his spirit refused to pass into the afterlife, and his rage was heard by the archangel Michael, who bonded his spirit to the spirit of God's vengeance, the Spectre. He was condemned to return to Earth[1] for sixty years of punishing wrongdoings.

I enjoyed Crisis on Two Earths. I feel it should have had a different title, but I guess historically it probably doe make more sense. James Woods was fantastic as Owlman, but completely agree Steve Nile's Spectre story was the standout of that release. Something about 'Crisis" just felt a bit..off. Like I enjoyed it, but I kept feeling it needed more..."oomph" somewhere.

Am curious for 'Under The Hood' primarily because I can't wait to see Neil Patrick Harris voice Nightwing. He killed it as The Flash!

If you didn't know who Brandon Routh was before "Superman Returns", then it probably doesn't concern you that Andrew Garfield is the new Spider-Man...

I saw a picture of him and I am unimpressed. I will say that at least he looks manlier and has a manlier name than Tobey Maguire, but this is not saying much.

Yeah, but Peter Parker wasn't supposed to be manly. He was a nerdy, witty kid who somehow got super powers.

Migliore! was, however, a manly album.

Yeah, I'm willing to give him a chance, I just hope that they didn't bring him on to be movie-pretty or something. Maguire seemed kind of short/stocky. I don't know. After Spider-man 3 I'm willing to give someone else a chance. (I liked it but probably not for the reasons they wanted me to like it. Because it was hilarious.)
